On 2nd July 1967, a satellite picked up a huge burst of gamma rays. Was it evidence of a nuclear bomb test in space? Or was it from a much bigger explosion in deep space? Can Einstein’s famous physics equation E=MC2 help? Watch this video from BBC science show ‘Death Star’ to find out more.

or “Grab Onto Something, It’s Happening Again!”
It is often said that just before a person dies, his whole life flashes in front of his face.
I don’t know if that’s true. I haven’t reached the necessary requirement yet; you know, the “being at death’s door” part.
At least I don’t think I have, but one never knows…
What I do know is that the mind is a marvelous and mysterious thing. I view the mind and the brain as essentially the same thing, at the same time realizing that “mind” is probably the software, the programming, while the brain is the computer the mind inhabits. I think. Or maybe the “mind” is the data resulting from the brain functioning with built-in software.
Anyway, who could ever really explain how it works? Oh, they can tell you which region of the brain is responsible for what function, more or less. They also have theories about electric currents, chemical messengers, and synapses, and folds in the grey matter.
But, come on, if they really knew how the brain worked they would build one. A big one. They would program it with all the data from all the databanks of the world, and set that brain the task of conquering the whole world. Of course, just like atomic power, the “recipe” would leak out to many nations and there would be fear of a “brain war.”
“Disadvantaged” or “Third World Countries” would be excluded from the “big brain” membership, and there would be an ongoing effort to keep them from obtaining the technology. The powerful nations of the world would bicker among themselves about what should or should not be allowed in reference to that “big brain” technology. Maybe they would sign some kind of accord to keep the technology, and any creation resulting from it, out of outer space.
After all, that’s a frightening possibility: “Big brains” orbiting earth, guiding satellites, performing who knows what mission. And whoever first learns how to integrate the thing into a deep space exploration vehicle would definitely put all the rest of the world at a great disadvantage.
Yes, man can build computers, even supercomputers, and even AI, artificial intelligence, which works to only a limited degree. His abilities truly pale into insignificance when viewed alongside whatever process is responsible for the design and creation of this thing, this puny human brain.
The only possible way for man to build one of his own, with the same capabilities or greater, would be not to build one, but to grow one. The reason is that the “big brain” would be a living thing, and there is a fundamental law that states that “life only comes from pre-existing life.” If man ever learns to actually create life from inert matter,… I’m unable to finish that sentence, for the consequences are unimaginable, and not in a good way!
I’m sure some semi-mad scientist in some secret lab at some closely guarded site is hard at work on the “big brain” problem, as well as the “life from ocean water” theory, at this very moment. Hmmm, I wonder what ever happened to Einstein’s brain!
Maybe the villagers should grab their torches and pitchforks and locate this hidden lab, or labs, and imprison “Dr. Frankenstein” once and for all.
On the other hand, I’m sure if they are discovered they will be very “glib” and convince us all that this fearsome technology will be used for the good of mankind, and never for war. (I wonder if the Japanese government and people would agree with that statement.) And then there will be proliferation, inevitably.
The last time, we built fallout shelters (which would have been useless), but what will we build this time in an attempt to keep ourselves and our families safe? Perhaps tin foil on the windows, and tinfoil hats?
Okay, okay, now I think I’m beginning to see my life flashing before my eyes. In full color, at high speed. I’ve got to grab onto something to keep from being sucked into…

The single viewpoint of a man in often incorrect by a wide margin because he is viewing from a single point in time and space from a relative perspective. The collective viewpoints of many humans represent a triangulation of viewpoints which gives much greater accuracy and precise information. This is how mankind will navigate great distances in space and time in the future. The collective mind of our intuitive and mental calculations will provide the primary means of navigation in deep space when linear technologies of light and mathematics fail to produce accurate results.

The consciousness of man connects with the inner consciousness of God to provide a multi viewpoint of reality. These multi viewpoints are used to triangulate the beginning and end positions to a high degree of accuracy. When linear technology fails human explorers over vast distances of time and space then human triangulation of multi viewpoints will be the only means of navigation.

The physical universe of light works similar to the human mind and is a mass cosmic mind of light energies. Only fear and strong emotions shortcuit the correct functioning of the human mind but fear and emotions can not harm the cosmic mind of light energies.

The mystics are correct when they say the univese of matter and light is the universe of God. For the workings of the the universe are the workings of mind — the mind of God in which we live. This is a virtual reality of the physical universe we call home or our physical reality.

Many expeditions of human explorers will be lost in time and space because they do not understand the importance of this concept and make use of it. Space colonization will one day become a reality soon enough. But great losses will be made by those who depend only upon linear technology to guide them. The technology of the mind and of multi viewpoints must become widely known so that one day they may find it and apply it to return home to Earth.

This concept of multi viewpoints was used to find a submarine lost in the relatively vast Atlantic Ocean. When all estimates of the the position of the lost submarine were averaged and combined then the result was only 220 yards from where the submarine was actually found. Generally the more viewpoints that are given to estimate the greater the accuracy.

This concept of the collective consciousness of man is what our modern societies are built upon. We decide the collective rightness or wrongness of an act collectively and then pass laws to enforce it upon the majority. In this way cultures evolve collectively and very slowly as the precision of the status quo is maintained. But great teachers see from the cosmic viewpoints of consciousness. Expanded awareness from meditation and contemplation provides a greater expanded viewpoint of reality which can be useful in navigating reality. This daily technology of expanded awareness in contemplation and mediation is the basis of most all great human advancements of mankind. It is the only technology that can keep mankind from living in daily ignorance and great spiritual poverty. –J.E. Ante

Part 1 of 6. Explores the revolution in astronomy launched by the Hubble Space Telescope.
The earth is not dead and neither is our solar system- the Milky Way Galaxy, or any of the million of universes out there. They are all alive, and the creative womb that keeps birthing new off springs is called a black hole. Just how many black holes in space there are no one knows. We’re lucky to even know they exist.
And then there’s this question. How did the Mayans and other ancient civilizations know that they even existed? They had no telescopes. They didn’t have the sophisticated scientific equipment that we have today, and yet they figured this all out? How did the Mayans know that at the center of our own galaxy there was what they called a womb: a dark mass that could not be seen with the naked eye.
How’d they know that?
The active galaxies appear to require a compact energy source of enormous strength. The most plausible candidate is a rotating, supermassive black hole. Although not even a single galaxy has yet been proven to have a central black hole, the list of candidates has increased yet again. Recent results by astronomers using the Hubble Space Telescope now indicate that most – and possibly even all – large galaxies may harbor one of these dense beasts.
The cosmos is alive and it is the black holes that scientists are pointing to more and more as the regenerative vehicle. Astrophysicist, John Gribbin wrote, “Instead of a balck hole representing a one-way journey to nowhere- many researchers now believe that it is a one-way journey to somewhere-to a new expanding universe in it own set of dimensions.”
In other words, our universe came from somewhere, out there, to form this universe in here. And come Dec. 21, 2012, we will cross over the circumference of our universe which scientists now say is a black hole and with the resultant vibrations and resonance, no one knows what will happen.
How did the Mayans know that? Tell me How did they know that centuries ago?

One of the most fascinating things to observe is Australia’s interest in outer space. Of course, some may just want to write this off as part of Australia’s adventurous nature (the National Space Society of Australia or NSSA, for example, aims to “assist in bringing about a time when ordinary people have the opportunity to work and live in space”), but others cannot help but realize that creating a space program for Australia may actually be beneficial for that particular country. Their government, for example, acknowledged late last year that funding a space program that is wholly Australian just may help push Australia into a more competitive position in terms of technological development and innovation. This is in fact a very valid point, for what else can motivate a person to achieve than the chance to reach the stars (literally and figuratively)?
Taking a vested interest in space research just may open new and better possibilities for Australians. It is no longer enough that near Canberra, Australia is one of NASA’s Deep Space antennas. If one takes the time to observe, more and more Australians are far more interested in making their own mark in the world’s history of space research. Australians have big dreams for the world in general, especially in the context of space travel and possible space colonization. Australians recognize the potential of seeing outer space as not just something to observe, but also something that could benefit humanity at large.
Of course, any progress that an Australian space agency may make would probably be a significant advancement in the field of space exploration. This may mean that they could also potentially make discoveries that would help life here on earth become much easier. Outer space, many of us believe, is the future, and in some ways, that may be proving to be true nowadays. Now, we can simply hope that all the progress that we wish for ourselves will come to pass.
